Staffing & Recruiting

A national staffing firm's entire history, moved without loss

The problem

Years of business locked in a legacy system and a sprawling document library. Candidate records, client accounts, and 21,000+ documents — resumes, contracts, notes — all had to land in Salesforce, correctly linked, with zero tolerance for loss.

The result

21,000+ documents migrated and linked to the right records. Full history preserved. The team went live on Salesforce with their past intact.

What we did

  • Built a scripted pipeline to package and load tens of thousands of files, with encoding and corrupt-data edge cases handled, not skipped
  • Rebuilt the client-account hierarchy so parent/child relationships survived the move
  • Cleansed and reconciled source data that hadn't been touched in years
Staffing & Recruiting

An inherited integration, finally documented and trusted

The problem

A resume- and job-parsing platform had been wired into Salesforce years earlier. Nobody remaining knew how it worked, what mapped where, or why some fields overwrote each other.

The result

An integration the client understands, documented for the next hire, with silent data conflicts surfaced and resolved.

What we did

  • Audited the full integration configuration, field by field
  • Produced plain-English documentation the client's own team could use
  • Flagged duplicate and conflicting mappings for business review before they caused data damage
Commercial Real Estate

From Excel attachments to an industry-first client portal

The problem

A commercial real estate firm had a Salesforce org they barely used — most of the team avoided it and ran critical workflows in Excel instead. When it came time to negotiate deals, someone would email a spreadsheet full of deal numbers to the client, collect edits by reply, and manually key the changes back. The org was a liability, not an asset.

The result

Within six months the org went from avoided to essential. The client portal made them the first company in their market to offer clients a self-service deal workspace — a competitive advantage they still use today.

What we did

  • Rebuilt the Salesforce instance from the ground up over six months, turning it into the single source of truth for every deal in the pipeline
  • Replaced the emailed-Excel workflow with an Experience Cloud portal where clients could view live deal data, approve terms, and negotiate — all backed by Salesforce in real time
  • Migrated the scattered spreadsheet data into Salesforce so the team could report, forecast, and act from one place
